The laboratory is equipped with multiple models of high-performance liquid chromatographs, gas chromatographs, spectrophotometers and other analytical equipment such as Agilent, Dionex and Shimadzu, as well as commonly used detectors such as VWD, DAD and ELSD. The test personnel have been engaged in pharmacokinetics and drug analysis for many years. They are experienced and familiar with the operation of various instruments and related guiding principles. They can accurately and quickly complete the analysis and measurement of commissioned samples.
The work that the company can currently carry out includes:
1. Development of chromatographic analysis methods
2. Research work on physical and chemical characterization and structural identification of organic compounds
3. Preclinical quality research on new drugs (physical and chemical constant determination, content determination, related substance inspection, solvent residue inspection, stability study, influencing factor test, etc.)
4. Carry out research on mass spectrometry technology in drug analysis, analysis and separation of chiral drugs, and identification of impurities.
